Posting rules
- Every job posted here must show a real pay range or rate.
- No fees to applicants, no commission-only or recruiting-fee roles, and no jobs outside the region we cover (Spokane, Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding Inland Northwest).
- We review each post before it goes live and may turn down anything that looks misleading. Declined posts are refunded.
- Paid placements are always labeled Sponsored.
Questions
Are my jobs already on the board?
If your organization posts jobs on a public careers site we check, probably. Look for your organization. Featuring a listing moves it to the top and highlights it; the listing itself stays free as long as the job is open.
What happens after 30 days?
The job moves back into the regular list automatically. Nothing renews unless you're on the agency plan.
Do I have to list pay?
Yes, for anything you post here. It's what job seekers come for, and Washington employers with 15 or more employees must include a wage range and a general description of benefits in job postings (RCW 49.58.110).
A listing shows our pay or details wrong. What do I do?
Email support@inlandcarejobs.com with the page address. We correct or remove listings within two business days, usually sooner.
Can I cancel the agency plan?
Yes, anytime. Email us and featuring stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
