Privacy policy
The short version: you can search and apply without an account, we don't use tracking cookies, we don't collect resumes, and we never sell personal information.
When you browse
You don't need an account, and we don't set cookies. The site is a set of plain web pages hosted by GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, receives your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect its service (see GitHub's privacy statement).
We count visits and clicks on "Apply" buttons with GoatCounter, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. We use those totals to see which pages are useful and to show employers how many people we send them.
When you click "Apply", you leave this site for the employer's own page (or USAJOBS). Your application goes to the employer, not to us, and their privacy policy applies there. Apply links carry a tag (utm_source=inlandcarejobs) so employers can see that we sent you; it contains nothing about you.
Email alerts
If you sign up for job alerts, your email address is stored by our email service, Buttondown, and used only to send the alerts you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. RSS feeds need no sign-up at all.
Employers and buyers
When an employer buys a listing or submits a job, we receive what they enter: their name, organization, email address and the job details. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe), and guides are sold through our online store; they collect the billing details needed to take payment and send receipts, and we never see your full card number. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Job listings
Listings are about jobs, not people. We collect job facts from employers' public career sites and government job boards and don't collect personal information about job seekers. If a posting ever includes a person's contact details, such as a recruiter's email, it came from the employer's public page; ask us and we'll remove it.
What we never do
- Sell or rent personal information, or share it for advertising.
- Collect resumes, or run accounts that store your job search.
- Send email you didn't sign up for to job seekers.
We share information only with the services named on this page, as they need it to do their job, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
Email support@inlandcarejobs.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, and we'll answer within 30 days. This site is meant for adults looking for work and isn't directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date below.
