Questions
Do we have to pay to be listed?
No. Every program on a training page is listed free, alphabetically, with its length, cost, format and a link to enroll. Paying buys the sponsored spot or a profile, never a program's place in the free list or what it says.
What does the sponsored spot show?
Your school's name, your one-line headline and a button to your enrollment page, at the top of the training page and in the program spot on the job lists for the role it trains for (the Washington CNA page's sponsor on the Spokane-area CNA lists, say), always labeled Sponsored. Where two training pages lead to the same list, like the all-areas CNA list, their sponsors take turns there.
What's a school profile?
Your school's own page on this site: your description, your link, and every one of your programs in the directory with its length, cost and next start. Each of your programs on the training pages links to it.
How do we cancel or change the card?
In Stripe's billing portal, from the link in your receipt. Nothing more is charged, and your spot stays up to the end of the period you paid for.
Who can buy?
Schools and training programs for the credentials on these pages, approved or licensed where the state requires it. A placement that doesn't meet the rules is taken down and refunded.
Our free listing is out of date. How does it get fixed?
Keep your program's own page current: each listing links to it, and the details here are rechecked against it and the state's list.
