See our applicants in your own system
Every Apply link on Inland Care Jobs goes straight to your own application page. Whether your applicant tracking system (ATS) credits us as the source depends on a little setup on your side. Here's what our links carry and what each system needs.
What every Apply link carries
utm_source=inlandcarejobsandutm_medium=jobboard, on every link. Web analytics and many systems read these.source=InlandCareJobs, added to links that go to a Workday career site (myworkdayjobs.com).- Anything else your system asks for (a source code, a tracking token): tell us the value and we add it to your links, free.
We also count visits to your job pages and Apply clicks on our side, without cookies, and send you the numbers each month on request. An Apply click is someone leaving our site for your application; your system shows how many finished applying.

| Workday | Add a recruiting source for Inland Care Jobs and use InlandCareJobs as its reference ID, so auto-tracking recognizes it (Workday's "Recruiting Sources for Auto-Tracking"; your Workday admin will know it). Our links to your jobs end with source=InlandCareJobs, and candidates who arrive that way get it as their Source. Without the source set up, Workday doesn't record it. |
| Oracle Recruiting Cloud | Oracle reads utm_medium and utm_source from the link, which ours already carry. Add inlandcarejobs as a source name (Manage Candidate Dimension Source Names), or it shows as Unknown. |
| Greenhouse | Greenhouse uses its own tracking links (gh_src). Create a tracking link for Inland Care Jobs in Greenhouse and send it to us; we'll use it on your jobs. |
| Lever | Lever reads a lever-source value from the link. Tell us the source name you want (for example Inland Care Jobs) and we'll add it. |
| iCIMS | iCIMS tracks sources with iis and iisn values. Send us yours and we'll add them to your links. |
| Taleo | Taleo uses a src value that must match a source you've created in Taleo. Create one and send us its ID. |
| USAJOBS | Federal announcements track channels with a PostingChannelID, which USAJOBS issues (recruiter-help@usajobs.gov). If you get one for Inland Care Jobs, send it to us. |
| Anything else | Most systems and web analytics read utm_source=inlandcarejobs. If yours needs something different, tell us. |
