Terms and refunds
The short version: searching and applying is free, listings come from employers' public sites, paid placements are labeled, and if we can't deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.
Using the job board
Inland Care Jobs lists health care jobs from employers' public career sites and from employers who post with us. We check sources regularly, but jobs close and details change, so always confirm pay, schedule and requirements on the employer's own page before you apply. We aren't the employer, we don't make hiring decisions, and we aren't responsible for an employer's hiring process or a job's actual terms.
Searching and applying for jobs here is always free.
Employer purchases
- Featured upgrade: your job is pinned to the top of the board, its role page and its town page, and labeled Sponsored, for 30 days from when it goes live.
- 30-day post: we publish your job for 30 days after review. It must follow our posting rules, including a real pay range.
- Agency plan: billed monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime by email; featuring stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds for employers: if we decline a post, or can't put a placement live (for example, the job closes before it starts), we refund you in full. Once a placement is live it isn't refundable, but if the job closes early we'll move the remaining featured time to another of your openings on request. Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months.
Guides and other digital products
Guides such as the Federal Resume & USAJOBS Guide are ebooks delivered digitally right after purchase, so sales are final. If a file doesn't open or you were charged twice, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Each purchase is for one person's own use. Please don't share, post or resell the file or its contents. Guides share practical advice for doing the work yourself; we don't write or review resumes, and no guide can guarantee a referral, an interview or a job offer. They aren't affiliated with or endorsed by USAJOBS, the Office of Personnel Management, the Department of Veterans Affairs or any federal agency.
Payments
Payments run through our checkout provider (Stripe or the store linked on the product page). We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added where it applies.
Jobs you post with us
When you post a job, you confirm that it's a real opening you're authorized to advertise, that the pay range is accurate, and that the posting follows employment law, including equal opportunity rules and Washington's requirement to include pay in job postings. You keep ownership of your description and let us publish and share it (for example in our email alerts and feeds) while the job is listed. We don't accept posts that charge applicants fees, ask for payment or sensitive personal details up front, or discriminate.
Listings and removals
Employers can ask us to correct or remove a listing, or to stop listing their jobs, at any time. See corrections and removals. We may remove any listing or post that looks misleading, charges applicants fees, or breaks our posting rules.
No guarantees
We work to keep listings accurate, but the site is provided as is: we can't promise that every listing is current, complete or error-free, or that a job, placement or guide will lead to a hire. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to what you paid us for it. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.
